RJ is the regional fitness trainer for the Long Island, NY area. He is a graduate of Adelphi University with a bachelors degree in Physical Education and Health. While studying at Adelphi he competed as a member of the Men's Lacrosse team, as well as held the position of an athletic coach at the varsity and junior varsity levels for multiple sports. As a testimony to his dedication to fitness and exercise, RJ competed and placed in three all natural body building shows in the physique category. He has been a part of the fitness world since his early teens and continues to make a name in the industry. He believes that everyone has the ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle and works to help people improve their chances to do so on a daily basis. RJ has various certifications and always strives to become more educated in all areas of fitness and exercise. His goal is to change as many lives as possible through exercise and providing knowledge of healthy choices. He strongly believes that as a trainer at Orange Theory Fitness he will be able to obtain this goal and provide members with a more physically fit lifestyle.
Being involved in various activities growing up, I was always intrigued by health and fitness. From ballet lessons to being a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, exercise has somehow always been a part of my life. I graduated from Adelphi University with a bachelor’s degree in business management/marketing. During my senior year, I was referred to Orangetheory Fitness in Rockville Centre and have been a member there ever since. From the very first class I took I completely fell in love with the concept and the uplifting environment. In the past, traditional gyms never worked for me, so I knew I had found where I needed to be. One of my first thoughts was how awesome it would be to work here. A few months later I became an AFAA-CPT and I could not be happier. OTF drives a passion in me that I never thought would rise above the surface, and is ultimately what lead me down the career path to become a personal trainer. From the outlook OTF has helped me achieve of myself to my own love for people, I know I can help motivate others through positive energy, great music, kick butt workouts, and guidance to accomplish their goals of a fit and healthy lifestyle.

OTF is my addiction so I can't choose just one exercise. I love the way the classes push me and the results I have gotten so far. If I had to choose I would pick any movement working my core and legs.
I've been at Orangetheory for almost a year now, and I couldn't be happier! I have been an athlete my whole life but after I graduated college it was hard to find something to still motivate me to work out. After I tried Orangetheory I knew I was hooked. These work outs are challenging but make me push myself more and more every time. The atmosphere of the studio is always so positive and welcoming and really makes me feel like I'm part of a family. I love being apart of my fitfam, and I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!
My name is Kayla and I believe in fitness! As a little girl I started dancing. I was taking 2 classes a week, to 3, to 5, to 7 and eventually started student teaching. I was always active growing up and teaching what I loved made me see what it was like on the side lines, being proud of my students and motivating them to never give up. During high school, I joined a gym. I didn't know much about working out but I taught myself, researched and did not skip one day. I attended Nassau Community College as a dance major and kept working out religiously. Despite my love for dance, fitness took all of my attention, always wanting to get stronger and better. Eventually I started training clients one-on-one so I received my certification through the American Sport and Fitness Association (ASFA). Becoming heavily involved in the fitness industry I decided to compete in a bodybuilding competition at the 2015 Long Island Championships where I placed 6th in my first figure debut in the National Physique Committee. It was an exciting adventure and I am currently in the off season preparing for the next show. I am now enrolled to start my new major in nutrition at LIU C.W. Post where I can now better the lives of people by helping with their diets as well as their fitness goals. OTF has broadened my horizons and has changed the way I look at personal training. It's much more than energetic group classes here, it is a learning experience and gives everyone of all fitness levels a great workout. I started playing soccer when I was six years old and I have been addicted to fitness ever since. Physical fitness has been my passion ever since I first stepped foot onto that soccer field, and continuing to weight train and workout I have always wanted to turn my passion into a career. Eventually becoming captain of my soccer team I loved being a role model and leader, and wanted to continue down the path of helping and inspiring others. When I was introduced to Orangetheory Fitness I immediately fell in love. I knew this is where I wanted to be and where I wanted to change people’s lives and help clients achieve their goals. I am ISSA, AED, and CPR certified and have taken several Anatomy and Nutrition classes working towards my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. My favorite slogan here at OTF is “Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.” Which makes me want to keep striving forward and learn more and more every day to become the best personal trainer and life coach I can be. I love everything that Orangetheory Fitness brings to the table. It is all about positive energy, awesome inspiring coaches and a full body workout, every single time. Our workouts are scientifically designed for real results! Orangetheory has changed my life and I want to continue to spread the orange and changes others’ lives too. Stay Orange my friends!
I’ve had gym memberships and personal trainers, nothing kept me entertained until I tried Orangetheory. Knowing that I’ll never do the same workout always keeps me on my toes and wanting to come back the next day. I love knowing my results will be emailed to me as soon as the workout ends and I always try to do better the next day! Orangetheory Fitness has my heart.
