Orangetheory Fitness is a 5-zone heart rate interval training studio where, on average, our members burn an estimated 500-1,000 calories per session. Join us at our energetic Syosset, New York Orangetheory studio where you'll experience a challenging workout like you have never done before.
Our workout is built upon three main components: treadmill training blocks, indoor rowing, and weight room or resistance training blocks. Our 60-minute interval group sessions give you a challenging full body workout that will leave you feeling revitalized long after you leave our studio.
During your session at Orangetheory, you will wear a heart-rate monitor which will measure your progress and the efficiency of your workout. The data displays wirelessly on video screens around the studio, letting you and your trainer know how you are performing. It is a great way to keep yourself accountable during the workout.
Our workouts have been designed to push you into the Orange Zone, which creates excess post-exercise oxygen consumption or (EPOC). This is what keeps burning calories after your workout is complete, and provides the long-lasting results you crave.
If you have a weight loss or fitness related goal, Orangetheory can encourage you as you work to achieve it. With weight loss, if you are eating a proper nutritious diet, you can expect to lose approximately 3-5 pounds per week when attending 3-5 sessions per week. If better fitness performance is your goal, you can anticipate seeing an increase in speed, power, and strength within your first 2 weeks of attending 2-4 sessions per week.
